Pete was thrilled to be asked by the lovely Stephen and Amanda Graver to take interior photography of their incredible kitchen showroom in Steeple Ashton, Wiltshire for the KBB Awards recently.

It was great fun for Pete working alongside stylist Caroline Eeles, using a combination of long exposures and image blending.
The combination of kitchen, dining and living room areas makes it feel as if you are in someone’s home rather than a showroom. The vision was to make people feel instantly at ease upon entering, creating a calming space where clients can come and discuss their future projects.
The showroom is full of different textures and tones including bespoke shaker cabinetry, marble worktops and tiling, oak wood flooring, chrome handles and hinges, soft furnishings and built in lighting design. The kitchen offers a spacious area with large kitchen island, a built in chrome fridge freezer, large floor to ceiling wine cooler and at the centre a £20,000 mixer tap! Yep that’s right, £20,000! And of course who could forget to mention the grand piano in the corner!
Shooting on a Nikon D810 and using a combination of 16-35mm and Nikon Nikkor PC-E 24mm F/3.5 lenses, additional lighting was added where needed with two B10 Protofoto portable lights shone through soft boxes.
